THE LOUDEST MONEY is a gamified, public board designed for individuals to promote ideas, thoughts, and personal insights. Because our platform is fundamentally anonymous and operates on a paid bidding mechanism (Pumping and Dumping), we must enforce strict guidelines to maintain legal compliance, safety, and a fair user experience.

3. Indirect Promotion Funding

A significant portion of the fees paid to post or pump messages will be used for advertising and promoting this website. By paying, you are indirectly increasing the exposure and spread of your message.

4. Prohibited Content & Rules

To keep our board safe, compliant, and open to general audiences, you must adhere to all guidelines, requirements, and board mechanics described on the main board page, as well as the following strict rules:

1. Political Advertising & Advocacy Ban: Due to local and international campaign finance laws, lobbying regulations, and disclosure requirements, we prohibit political advertisements, election campaigning, lobbying, endorsement of political candidates or parties, or political action messages. All political promotion is banned.
2. Corporate & Traditional Advertising: Commercial ads, sales banners, storefront links, discount codes, or promotional spam are strictly prohibited. The platform is dedicated to individual thoughts and ideas, not corporate advertising.
3. Age Appropriateness & Visitor Comfort: While this website is primarily intended for adults, we do not require age verification to avoid disrupting and bothering visitors with tedious gates. Consequently, you are strictly prohibited from posting any content that children cannot legally see or access (no adult, explicit, NSFW, or highly age-restricted material).
4. Illegal Content & Harmful Activities: Content promoting illegal activities, drug distribution, weapons, threats of violence, self-harm, harassment, hate speech, fraud, or violations of payment processor regulations are strictly banned.

Any post that violates terms will be rejected. Such a post will get status DELETED and will not be visible on the board. Deleted posts still have their #id and might be found on their own URL. The content of such posts will be redacted. Due to the high transaction fees, payments made for posts that violate our policy are non-refundable. If you encounter a message that violates these terms, you can report it by clicking the flag icon (🚩) on its detail page.
